چکیده

In this paper, we have reported the synthesis of CuO nanoparticles (CuO NPs) by cost effectively and environmental friendly method using rhizome extract Rubus ellipticusfor photocatalytic degradation methylene blue. The biomolecules present in acts as reducing agent stabilizer for NPs. synthesized were characterized different analytical instrument like UV-Visible spectrophotometer, XRD FT-IR. absorbance at 595 nm indicates formation NPs which on annealing 400°C four hours oxidizes forms shows maximum 265 nm. analysis confirms crystalline structured without any impurity. So formed found to be size 4.8nm 5.7 was calculated Debye-Scherrer equation. FTIR presence various bioactive components, reducers stabilizer. addition, activity studied blue sunlight. catalytic monitored spectrophotometer. It that dye gradually degrade sunlight irradiation. This study highlights application can extended waste water treatment.
